Ingredients

  • 1/2 bushel of tomatoes in juice
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tsps.onion salt
  • 2 tbsp.salt (not iodized)
  • 4 tsps. celery salt

Directions

Boil tomatoes to remove skins, put through a food grinder to remove seeds, boil all ingredients together put in bottle and put in pressure cooker for 1 hour, when you want a good glass of tomatoe juice without any additives, go to the coldroom.
