This is a great seasoning for any meat. You can make more of it all at once and store it in an airtight container. Make sure you store it in a cool dry place.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbls. dried minced onion
- 2-1/2 tsps. dried thyme
- 2 tsps. ground allspice
- 2 tsps. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbls. vegetable oil
Directions
In a small nonporous bowl, combine the onion flakes, thyme, allspice, ground black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and salt and mix well. Rub meat lightly with oil. Rub seasoning in well on oiled meat.
