Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 cups peeled, chopped apples (about 3 large)
Directions
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together; set aside. Cream sugar and oil by hand. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well each time.Stir in vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with apples and nuts.Beat well after each addition.
Spoon batter into greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted tests clean.
Note; These freeze well if foil wrapped.
