• 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water


1 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
2 In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, salt, ground black pepper, soup mix and water. Using your hands, combine all ingredients together and form into four patties.
3 Grill over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

Makes 4 servings
