Ingredients

  • Can of tomato soup
  • chicken boullion
  • Marsala wine
  • capers
  • Large can of whole tomatoes (cut into large pieces)
  • Italian peppers, olives, artichokes,etc in oil found on salad bar in supermarket
  • Any other salad bar ingredients you like in an entree such as mushrooms, onions, etc.
  • flour

Directions

Mix soup, boullion, and marsala together in bowl. I mix equal parts soup and boullion.I use one half the amount of marsala. Spray Pam (I use butter flavor) over chicken parts and coat with flour. Pour the liquid mixture in a baking pan and put the chicken in the pan along with all of the other . Cook covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered for last 15 minutes (or until done). Remove chicken and other ingredients from the pan and thicken sauce with flour (I put it a small bowl and use a hand blender). Place chicken on plate (or serving platter), spoon the ingredients over the chicken, and then pour the sauce over this.Easy, quick, delicious!
