Ingredients
- 1cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- additional marshmallows
- Frosting:
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 pound confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine oil and sugar. Add flour, cocoa, eggs and vanilla. fold in chopped nuts and marshmallows. Bake in a buttered 9x13 inch pan for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle more marshmallows on top and allow to melt.
Mix all frosting ingredients and pour over the cake, swirling in the melted marshmallows. Serves 12-16
