Ingredients

  • Oreo Cookie Crust:
  • 1 pkg+ 1cup
  • 1 stick butter or margarine( softened)
  • Sauerkraut filling:
  • 3 cu. mini marshmellows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cu. frozen whipped topping
  • 3 Tbls. white creme de Cacao
  • 3 Tbls. Brandy
  • 12 oz. sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup additional Oreos

Directions

Crust. Mix ground oreos with butter or margarine. Press firmly in to bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.

Filling:
Combine milk and marshmellows in a saucepan and heat until melted and creamy. Remove from heat, fold in whipped topping, adding brandy and creme de Cacao. Fold in sauerkraut and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining Oreos Chill.
