The fish is moist and tastes wonderful.


  • I pound salmon filet
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • grated parmesan cheese.


Blend mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
or to have a nice cheesy crust, double the cheese.
