Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 lb roast, any cut
  • 3 large white potatoes
  • 8 oz baby carrots
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1pkg Dry Onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg Dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Sear roast. Place in crock pot. Cut potatoes into chunks. You can peel them or not. Add to crock pot, add carrots, and mushrooms. Cut onion into slices. Add to pot. Sprinkle dry soups over all ingredients. Mix mushroom soup with 1 cup water and pour over all ingredients. Cook on low all day or high for 4 hours.
