Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Mix sugar, milk, pie spice, pumpkin, and butter in large saucepan. Cook to firm ball stage (236o) Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingrediants. Beat until firm enough to pour into buttered pan.

For orange-colored fudge, you can use orange chocolate
