Ingredients

  • 1 large can fruit cocktail
  • 1 can pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges
  • > bag miniature marshmallows
  • 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup. grated coconut

Directions

Drain all fruits, but add some of the pineapple juice,
if you want ambrosia a little soupy.
(Rest of pineapple juice can be saved to drink in the morning.)
Mix everything together, except oranges.
When mixed, fold in oranges.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Makes approximately 8 servings.
