Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 Cup non-dairy creamer
  • 2 Tbs. cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Cup raisins

Directions

Place cooked rice in a casserole. Mix in non-dairy creamer.
Add cinnamon, salt and raisins. Mix together well.
Preheat oven to 425o. Bake uncovered until golden brown on top, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool. Serve.
