Ingredients

  • 8 oz. whole wheat spaghetti (can be purchased at most health stores)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 TBS. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup pimmientos
  • 8 oz. cooked med. shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Set aside, and keep warm.
2. In medium saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil. Remove from heat.
3. Add spaghetti and remaining ingredients EXCEPT cheese to saucepan and toss well. Turn onto a hot serving platter. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve immediately.
