Ingredients

  • 12 tortillas
  • 1 pound mozzarela cheese
  • 1/2 pound chorizo
  • and fresh salsa to your taste

Directions

In a saucepan, wuith a little oil, fry the chorizo until it is crisp.

Then, fill a hot tortilla with cheese and add a little chorizo. In a saucepan without oil, cook the quesadillas until they are crisp.
Serve with salsa and enjoy
