Ingredients
- 2 c. fat-free cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. whipped whipping cream
- 1 9-10"" baked pie shell
- 1 can any pie filling (if desired
Directions
Beat the 1st 4 ingredients together, add whipped cream. Pour cheesecake mixture into pie shell. Refridgerate for at least 4 hours before adding the topping.
