Ingredients

  • 2 c. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. whipped whipping cream
  • 1 9-10"" baked pie shell
  • 1 can any pie filling (if desired

Directions

Beat the 1st 4 ingredients together, add whipped cream. Pour cheesecake mixture into pie shell. Refridgerate for at least 4 hours before adding the topping.
