Ingredients
- All salts are sodium. Less salt, less sodium. Sea Salt has a higher mineral content which gives it a bit of added nutrition, as well as a distinctive taste. Kosher salt is less salty tasting, measure for measure. It's great if you don't want the "chemical aftertaste" in iodized salt.
