Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 bunches chopped green onions (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions


Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 F.
