Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 bunches chopped green onions (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 F.
