Ingredients

  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry or apple pie filling
  • 1 (18-1/4 oz) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions

Place the pie filling into the crock pot. Combine the dry cake mix and melted butter; mix until crumbly then sprinkle over pie filling. Sprinkle the walnuts on top. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
