Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. minced onions
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions
Mix together well, shape into 1" balls. Fry in hot oil till browned on all sides. Serve with favorite spaghetti sauce.
