• Wings, cut up, washed and dried
  • garlic salt & pepper
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 5-8 tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce (like Tabasco)
  • Oil for frying


Sprinkle wings with garlic salt & pepper. Fry them for 10 minutes in pre-heated oil. Drain on paper towels. In a separate pan melt the butter and add hot sauce to taste. Toss hot wings with sauce and serve with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.
