Ingredients

  • 2 - 6 oz. salmon fillets
  • 4 teaspoons of margarine
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of dill
  • dash each of salt & pepper

Directions

Warm oven to 350v F. Prepare baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil. Place salmon fillets, skin side down in prepared baking dish. Put margarine on top of fish. Squeeze the lemon juice on top of both fillets. Sprinkle dill, salt and pepper on top. Wrap in foil and bake for approx. 1 hour, or until fish flakes easily.
