Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Bottle of Your Favorite Beer
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients until smooth with a wire whip. Dip one side of fish, shrimp, or chicken and pan fry until it is cooked. Cook the batter side down first. Flip and continue cooking until thoroughly cooked.
