Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch dip mix
- 1 = pounds mushrooms, washed and stems removed
- 1 cup crushed herbed stuffing mix
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Preheat Dining-In Convection Oven/Broiler at 350F. for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and ranch dip mix in mixing bowl. Blend well.
Stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture. Dip top of filled mushrooms into crushed stuffing.
Place mushrooms in oven pan and drizzle butter over top of mushrooms.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
Makes: About 40 (depending on size).
