Ingredients
- Pecan Cookie Crust:
- 1 12 cups crushed shortbread cookies with pecans [about 16 cookies]
- 3 tbs. butter melted
- 3 tbs. flour
- Cream Cheese Pie:
- 1 Cup sugar
- 3 tbs. flour
- 1 8oz and 1 3oz package of cream cheese
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 14 tsp. nutmeg
- 14 tsp. ginger
- 14 tsp. ground cloves
- 3 eggs
- 1 15oz can pumpkin
- 1 Tbs. milk
Directions
Pecan Cookie Crust:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients, press firmly on bottom of ungreased pie plate. Bake about 12 minutes until light brown. Cool.
Cream Cheese Pie:
Beat sugar, flour and cream cheese until smooth reserve 12 cup. Add remaining ingredients except milk to cheese mixture. Beat until smooth. Pour into crust. Stir milk into reserved cream cheese spoon over pumpkin mixture. Cut cream cheese and pumpkin with knife in s shaped curves Bake 35 to 40 minutes cool
