Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 or 5 green onions, chopped finely
  • 2 cups frozen peas, (not thawed)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Directions

The day or evening before serving, combine all ingredients except bacon and lettuce. Stir well; cover and refrigerate. Just before serving add lettuce and bacon.
