Ingredients

  • 1 can(1 lb.4 oz.)Dole Crushed Pineapple
  • 2 cups cooked ham strips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can (1 lb.12oz.)baked beans
  • 1/2 cup hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chunked
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions

Drain pineapple well. Saute ham strips in butter in an oven-proof skillet until lightly browned. Combine beans, barbecue sauce, green pepper, onions and pineapple. Stir into skillet. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven 20 minutes until flavors are blended and beans bubbly. Makes 4 servings
