Ingredients
- 6-8 boneless pork chops
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom w/roasted garlic soup
- 2 small cans, drained sliced mushrooms
- 1 soup can water
Directions
Brown pork chops on both sides, about 10 minutes, using a large pot. Remove pork chops and set aside. Put remaining ingredients into the pot. Bring to a mild boil. Put the pork chops back into the pot. Be sure they are immersed in the soup. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes. The sauce makes an excellent gravy!
