• 1 package Morningstar crumbles
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup onion
  • 1/3 cup green pepper (optional)
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can yellow corn, drained
  • 1 large can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • chili powder to your liking or you can buy chili seasoning in a pack


Either use cooking spray or a little oil to heat up the crumbles along with the onion and green peppers. Once onions are translucent transfer contents to a large pot. Add all other ingredients. Stir and cook on low for a couple of hours. Even better left over!!
