Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tblsps. onion juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper

Directions

Peel and seed the avocados. Mash the meat, using a rotary beater. Add the lemon juice, onion juice, and Worcestershire to the mashed avocado and season with salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly.


Makes about 3 cups.
