• 1 lb of Twisty pasta (Rotini, Ziti, Elbows, etc...)
  • 1 lb ground beef/turkey
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (or more)
  • a shake of celery seeds
  • Chili Powder (to taste)
  • Spaghetti Sauce


In a large skillet, brown the ground meat, onion and peppers. Drain the fat. Stir in the garlic , chili powder and celery seeds. Mix the meat mixture with the sauce, and let it simmer. While the sauce is simmering, prepare the pasta as directed on the box. Once the pasta is done, stir everything up and serve.
