Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves
- handful of parsley
- 1 pkg. sliivered almonds
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions
n food processor puree first 6 items.
Add olive oil. slowly.
Puree until smooth
