Ingredients

  • Carre de L'est: Made in the Alsace region of France, this is a fairly strong washed-rind cheese. The acid balance between Champagne and this cheese is just right.
  • Chaource: This soft-ripened cheese is quite liquid and very strong in flavour. Made in the Champagne region,it's a natural partner for bubbly. It goes especially well with rose Champagnes.
