Ingredients
- CRUST
- 6 whole graham crackers (ground)
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- CHEESECAKE
- 4 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbl vanilla
- 3 Tbl lemon juice (one lemon)
- Pinch of salt
- SOUR CREAM TOPPING
- 1 pint sour cream (reduced fat may be used)
- 2 Tbl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
Crust: Mix and pat into a 9" springform pan that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.
Cheesecake: Combine all ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
Sour Cream Topping: Combine all ingredients. Pour over cheesecake. Bake an additional 7 minutes.
