SPANISH RICE
Serves 6

14 ounces canned stewed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/4 cups Uncle Ben's rice, uncooked
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons chili powder
3/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

In a meduim saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a
boil and reduce heat. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is done. Stir occasionally.
