• 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 10 ozs. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess moisture
  • 1 cup marinated artichokes, chopped
  • 2cloves garlic, minced


Preheat oven to 325*. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add the remaining ingredients in order, mixing after each addition. Put this mixture in a small casserole dish that has been lightly buttered and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is beginning to brown and is bubbling. Serve warm with croutons, sliced French bread or crackers.
