Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce, to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. The sauce should have the color of a dark rusty red/brown. Adjust amount of mustard or ketchep to get the color. After the steak has been broiled on each side, coat the steak with the sauce, broil for 3 or four minutes turn and repeat. The sauce left on the broiler is great if soaked up with a piece of bread.
