A great dish for a crowd. Can definately be made 1-2 days ahead, as the flavor improves with time

Ingredients

  • 1 beef brisket, approx. 5 lbs.
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lawrey's Season Salt
  • Worchestshire Sauce
  • Liquid Smoke
  • 1 Large bottle of KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce

Directions

Season brisket with garlic powder abd Lawrey's. Rub tge meat with Liquid Smoke and Worchestshire. Cook in oven @425 for 20 minutes. Cover with foil, lower heat to 300 and cook for 3 hours. Remove and cool. Drain off the liquid and reserve one cup. Thinly slice the brisket and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Thin the KC BBQ sauce with the reserved liquid and pour over the meat. Heat through until hot and serve. Can be put in buns for sandwiches.
