Ingredients
- 1 large bunch fresh basil
- 2 large cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 3 oz. Pine nuts)
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1/4 pint Olive oil
- Salt to taste (optional)
Directions
Put all the ingredients into the food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt if desired. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator, where it will keep for several weeks.
