Ingredients

  • 1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 stick of salted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp cajun spice
  • 1/2 tsp terriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream sherry
  • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Mix all the ingredients. Skewer the shrimp on wooden skewers (you can get them at most grocery stores) Brush a generous amount of the marinade onto the shrimp. Allow the shrimp to soak into some of the marinade for a half hour, then turn the shrimp and add more marinade if needed...allowing it to soak in for another half hour. Grill or broil the shrimp brushing the marinade on after about two minutes. Continue grilling about another minute to two minutes. We like to have it with rice. (adjust the amounts as needed)
