• Marachino Cherry Juice
  • Brown Sugar
  • Pineapple juice
  • whole cloves
  • allspice


Make a thick paste out of the above ingredients. Score the top of the ham and spread the paste over the top. Wrap tightly in foil and bake... I don't use exact measurements, its not necessary...just taste as you go. Make about a cup of the paste. It cooks into the ham and gives it a pretty, shiny well as very tasty.
