Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

Fry bacon in frypan. Remove. Add water to drippings. Add sugar and vinegar. Thicken with flour and water. Add diced boil egg to lettuce and pour dressing over. Toss lightly. Garnish with crumbled bacon slices. (Great over fresh spinach.)
