you can add more mayo if desired


  • 1 box linguine
  • 3 cloves garlic-chopped
  • 1 onion-chopped
  • 1 green pepper-chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbl mayo.
  • 1 can black olives
  • parsley
  • optional: shrimp,pepperoni,or servew/it.
  • susage


brng large pot of water to boil
linguine broken into 1/3rds
cook as directions state
saute pan-heat olive oil, saute garlic,onion & green pepper
until translucent-cool
drain linguine, cool
add sauted garic,onion,green pepper to pasta add 2 tbl. mayo. 1 can black olives and toss
add shrimp and sprinkle 1 tsp. parsley
