Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas (8" - 10" size)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 to 2 C grated Jack cheese
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz can diced green chillies, drained
  • 1 T minced onion
  • Black pitted olives

Directions

Cut rounded edges off tortillas to form squares. Combine cheeses, garlic powder, chilies, and onion. Spread mixture on tortillas, leaving about 3/4"" bare along one side. Line olives along opposite side ""hole to hole"". Microwave about 30 seconds to soften tortillas. Start rolling at olive side. Wet bare strip with water to glue the roll. Refrigerate. To serve, cut into slices. You may still need to use toothpicks to hold them together. Variation: omit green chilies and use stuffed green olives
