Ingredients
- 1 ripe cantaloupe, sliced in chunks
- 6 slices prosciutto (julienned)
- 1 head romaine
- Vinaigrette of 1/2 olive oil, 1/2 canola oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Directions
Toss together and serve in a large bowl.
