Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 Cup Hot water (not boiling)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour
Directions
Dissolve yeast in hot water, add sugar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, creole seasoning, salt and oil. Dump in flour all at once and mix with a fork till dough forms a ball....pat onto a greased pizza pan and add sauce and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
