Ingredients
- 3 cups of orzo pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoon basil leaves
- 2 Tablespoon chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teason oregano
- 1 small green/red bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1 medium Tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup Black Olives, sliced
- 6 ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled
Directions
In blender container or food processor bowel with metal blade, combine all dressing ingredients and cover: blend or process until smooth; set aside. Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package; drain with cold water (in large bowel. combine all salad ingredient over salad. Toss gently. Refrigerate at least 1 Hour to blend flavors.
