Ingredients

  • 3 cups of orzo pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teason oregano
  • 1 small green/red bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 medium Tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 6 ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled

Directions

In blender container or food processor bowel with metal blade, combine all dressing ingredients and cover: blend or process until smooth; set aside. Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package; drain with cold water (in large bowel. combine all salad ingredient over salad. Toss gently. Refrigerate at least 1 Hour to blend flavors.
