• l pkg (l0oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • l l/2 cups sour cream
  • l cup mayo
  • l pkg Knorrs Vegetable Soup Mix
  • l can (8oz) water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped


Squeeze spinach til dry.
In medium bowl stir together spinach, sour cream, mayo, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions.
Cover, refrigerate 2 hours.

A round bread, hollowed out can be used to put this mixture in, and the pieces of bread used for dipping
