Ingredients
- l pkg (l0oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- l l/2 cups sour cream
- l cup mayo
- l pkg Knorrs Vegetable Soup Mix
- l can (8oz) water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
Directions
Squeeze spinach til dry.
In medium bowl stir together spinach, sour cream, mayo, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions.
Cover, refrigerate 2 hours.
A round bread, hollowed out can be used to put this mixture in, and the pieces of bread used for dipping
