Ingredients

  • 5 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli stems chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crazy mixed up salt
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup cubed uncooked smoked chicken
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups black beans

Directions

Dissolve bouillon cubes in 4 cups boiling water. Stir together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water together. Place all ingedients except black beans and broccoli florets into crockpot. Set on high and cook 5-6 hours. Before the last hour add rinsed Goya black beans and broccoli florets.

Note: Smoked chicken add a few drops of liquid smoke and chill 1 hour. Or Place chicken on grill over meduim heat for 30 minutes, before cutting.
