Ingredients
- Leftover steak or roast beef
- Mayonaise
- Onion, chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
Directions
Because I always have leftover roast beef and sometimes steaks, I came up with this recipe and my family really loves it. You make it the same way you would chicken or tuna salad only using your leftover beef instead. I usually chop the beef up in my food processor first
