Ingredients

  • 8 oz. yogurt -
  • 1-2 cloves garlic - chopped fine
  • 1/2 cucumber - cut fine - squeezed out with cloth to get rid of moisture
  • fresh mint - chopped (this is optional)
  • s&p to taste.

Directions

Drain yogurt in cheesecloth. This takes about 3 to 4 hours. Once drained, mix remaining ingredients. This is good with lamb, falafel, as a dip with vegies - most Middle Eastern countries hav some variation of this.
